UX Design Lead & Design Strategist

2024 - 2026. UX Design Lead across digital color tools. Spearheading experience strategy for Pantone color tools within Adobe Creative Suite. Concepted, designed, and delivered color measurement tool for packaging designers to predict color achievability on specific materials. Release in progress. Led strategy for future of Pantone partnering in delivery of personas, product roadmap, and standing up company’s first UX research team.

Capital One & More.

Product Designer, UX Analyst, and Design Strategist

2020 - 2024. Worked across startups to Fortune 100 companies including AnswerRocket, Kin + Carta (now Valtech), Cadenza (a live entertainment platform) and Capital One developing end-to-end product design solutions across consumer app, SaaS platforms, and AI tools. As lead product designer at Capital One, managed the vision, strategy, design, and execution of a multi-million dollar initiative to improve fraud reporting.

Integrated Producer

2018-2019. Produced the firsts of many new clients including the first major campaign for Pepsi as AOR in partnership with the NFL. Converted a sports bar into a reality TV bar for Xfinity receiving a One-Show award for Branded Entertainment.

Content Producer

2016-2018. Produced a silly Super Bowl commercial where a man fakes his own death to get out of paying a phone bill. Created a Twice The Price store as a play on expensive phone bills and led a mixed media campaign for Trident. Co-produced Seize the Awkward, a new campaign for The Jed Foundation, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Ad Council.

2015-2016. Led social content for PNC Bank. Co-produced web series for various Sherwin Williams products. Led creative for business development including Jagermeister.

Freelance

Creative Program Manager / Producer

2021-Present. Collaborated with podcasts and small business owners to develop social media content, episode production, and events. Project lengths range from 1.5 to 6 months. In some fun cases, concepted social media strategy and wrote episode scripts.
